PerfCopilot
A performance review draft with each line connected by citation lines to GitHub pull request, commit, and code-review icons.

Turn your team's GitHub work into review drafts you can trust

PerfCopilot reads each engineer's commits, pull requests, and code reviews, then drafts a performance review where every line links back to the GitHub artifact that backs it — bias-checked before you ever hit send.

What PerfCopilot reads from GitHub

Read-only access to the signals that actually show an engineer's impact:

Every one becomes a cited line in the draft — click any claim and see the PR behind it. Want the full source list? See all integrations.

PerfCopilot turns a review cycle of GitHub activity into a cited, bias-checked draft in under 5 minutes, with 100% of claims cited to the PR/commit behind them — versus hours scrolling PRs by hand.

Why "cited to the PR" matters

A summary tells you an engineer "improved reliability." A cited review shows the three PRs that cut error rates, linked inline — so when the rating is questioned in calibration or a promo packet, the evidence is one click away. Metrics tools count commits; PerfCopilot explains what they meant, fairly.

Pair the performance review generator with the bias checker so two engineers who did equal work don't get unequal write-ups. See pricing — free up to 5 seats.

FAQ

What GitHub data does PerfCopilot read? Read-only: merged pull requests, commits, code reviews, and linked issues. It does not write to your repos or change anything.

Does it cite the actual PRs? Yes. Every claim in the draft links to the specific GitHub artifact — PR, commit, or review — that supports it, so the review is defensible.

Does it just count commits? No. Commit-counting penalizes engineers doing the hardest, lowest-volume work. PerfCopilot reads what the work was and writes it up, bias-checked, instead of scoring raw output.

Do I have to move off Lattice or 15Five? No. PerfCopilot drafts from GitHub and exports the review into the HR platform you already run. Nothing to migrate.

Can it combine GitHub with other tools? Yes — pair GitHub with Slack, Jira, Gmail, and 14 more so the review reflects the whole contribution, not just code.
